Only the visit fee is fixed when you book. The kaarigar checks the problem and tells you the work charge from the rate card, and works only after you agree. Parts are extra.
What is the 3-hour promise?
For ASAP bookings, if the kaarigar is not there within 3 hours, the visit fee is waived (cash) or refunded (online) automatically. It does not apply to bookings for a chosen time slot.
What does a “checked” kaarigar mean?
Our chowk agent (a local shopkeeper) meets every kaarigar in person and sees their original ID. We do not store the ID number.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancelling is free until the kaarigar is “on the way”. After that the late-cancellation fee is currently ₹0. A booking cannot be cancelled once work has started.
How do I pay?
Right now the visit fee is paid in cash when the kaarigar arrives. When online payment is switched on, you will see it on the last booking step.
